Senior high students have a two-fold goal:
1) to perform at their maximum level in their chosen subjects and
2) to carefully explore their career options.
At Optimyze My Life, the student will complete a detailed questionnaire before the date of assessment. At the assessment, the student will complete measures that look at aptitude (academic potential), personality, interests and values. A comprehensive report is compiled and face-to-face feedback is given to the student and the parents a week after testing.
Then, intentional actions are recommended. These include: interviewing and job shadowing contacts in the fields of interest and then visiting tertiary institutions to see if they offer qualifications that match the student’s career goals.
